Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 green bell pepper chopped (or any pepper of your choice - yellow, red, sweet etc.)
- 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T butter melted
- 1 jar Prego (Traditional or Marinara)
- 1 tube seamless crescent rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat & peppers, drain. Add Prego.
Mix mozzarella cheese & the sour cream in separate bowl.
In a 9x13 pan, layer first with the meat sauce.
Second layer, spoon on cheese mixture evenly.
Third layer, spread crescent roll on top of cheese mixture.
Mix butter & parmesan cheese & spread on top.
Bake @ 350 - 375º for 17 – 23 minutes.
