Marinated Cheese

Appetizer, red and green so nice for holiday. Always a favorite.

Ingredients

• 1 brick cream cheese. 1 bunch green onions
• 1 brick medium cheddar. 1 tsp sugar
• 1 2 oz jar pimentos. 1 tsp garlic
• 1 package fresh basil
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup white wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Chop basil in food processor, cut cheeses into slices and line up alternating. Slice green onion. Combine all ingredients and pour over cheese. Marinate at least 8 hours. Serve with crackers.
