Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablspoons butter, melted
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- lemon juice
- 2 C fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 t corn starch
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/3 C chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Dip banana slices in lemon juice; arrange in a layer in the piecrust. Top with sliced strawberries.

In a saucepan combine cornstarch with undrained pineapple – blend and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, plus 1 more min. Add vanilla.

Spoon this mixture on top of fruit and chill several hours. Sprinkle with nuts.
