Ingredients
- Filling:
- crust: 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 pkgs fit & active (aldi) Neufchatel cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Topping:
- 1 cup fresh fruit

Preparation
Step 1
Let the cream cheese sit out to soften. Beat it and add the other ingredients. Add the sugar slowly and then add the eggs at the end, one at a time. Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 mins. to 1 hour at 350f.
Cool for 1 hour on rack. Cool for 3 hours in refrigerator.
To serve: top the cream cheese with your choice of fresh fruit.
