• 6 Eggs Hard-boiled
• 1/4 C. Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Mustard
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• Dash Pepper
• paprika or cayenne (optional)
• Other combinations may include; horseradish, chopped onions or chives, flaked seafood, chopped green or black olives, crumbled bacon

Step 1

Peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise
mix egg yolks well with the rest of the ingredients
Fill egg whites with mixture and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne
You also may sprinkle other ingredients, like bacon, over top instead of stirring in
