Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup V8
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups assorted frozen vegetable (okra removed)
- 2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2/3 cup milk

Step 1
1) Heat olive oil in pan set to med. Brown stew meat until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside.
2) Melt butter in same skillet on med-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 mins or until softened. Sprinkle with flour. Stir with whisk until mixture is well blended. Add broth, V8, paprika, garlic, rosemary, thyme and pepper; whisk until mixture is smooth.
3) Stir in beef and vegetables. Bring to boil; reduce heat to med.
4) Mix baking mix and parsley in med bowl. Add milk; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto beef mixture. Cook, uncovered, 10 mins. Cover. Cook 10 mins longer.
