SOS (Creamed Chipped Beef)

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp. butter
• 2 heaping tbsp. flour
• 2 cups milk
• 4 boiled eggs, cut up
• 2 jars dried beef
• 1 can peas

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pan and add flour. Bubble but do not burn.
Add milk and stir until it thickens.
Add eggs, peas and dried beef.
Serve on toast.
