Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 boiled eggs, cut up
- 2 jars dried beef
- 1 can peas

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan and add flour. Bubble but do not burn.
Add milk and stir until it thickens.
Add eggs, peas and dried beef.
Serve on toast.
