  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. slivered almonds

Step 1

Take equal amounts of sugar as you have nuts. Put into pan on the stove, turn the heat on and start to stir. Keep stirring until your arm falls off. No seriously...
The sugar will turn brown and start to melt.
When the sugar is completed melted pour the almonds out onto a cookie sheet sprayed with pam.
Spread them out the best you can and let them cool.
When they are cooled you can scrape them off the cookies sheet and break them off.
