Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut into pieces
- 2 cups red potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (8 oz) corn
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaves

Step 1
in 3 quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 min.
Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender (15-20 min).
Add remanning ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (10-12 min).
