    slices bacon, cut into pieces

    cup chopped onion

    cup sour cream

    can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    can (8 oz) corn

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1/4

    tsp thyme leaves

Directions

in 3 quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 min. Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender (15-20 min). Add remanning ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (10-12 min).
