Ingredients
- 30-35 small white onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain well. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour, stirring constantly. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper. Stir with whisk until sauce bubbles. Add onions, bring to boiling. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
