- 5 pounds red skin potatoes
- 6 ounces Sour Cream
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- Onion Powder to taste (1tbsp)
- 2 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Boil salted water
Add potatoes
Cook until fork tender
Drain potatoes
Add hot potatoes to bowl with all ingredients
Mash until smooth
