Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 4 - 6 eggs, beaten & cooked separate as scrambled
- low sodium soy sauce
- 1 box cooked cold rice, brown or white
- olive oil
- 1 - 2 bags frozen shrimp, peeled, deveined
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
cook rice ahead & chill
cook scrambled eggs ahead, set aside
in heavy skillet or wok, heat olive oil and add thawed shrimp & peas
stir fry until hot & shrimp are cooked
add rice, mix & fry until hot, than add eggs, soy sauce & pepper to taste
