Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg per muffin
  • ham
  • broccoli
  • peppers
  • onions
  • chicken
  • carrots
  • tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Spray muffin pan with non stick spray
fill with meat/veggies
Blend egg in blender with a splash of milk.
pour directly into each cup just below the rim.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes
let cool.

Store in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze. Warm in microwave.
