Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup butter flavored shorting
• 1 cups firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 large egg beaten
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven 350*
cream shorting, sugars, and vanilla in large bowl
add eaten eggs, and beat thoroughly
stir in peanut butter
beat at med speed until blended.
sift together flour, baking soda, and salt
add to creamed mixture at low speed
using a big scoop place 6 level scoops on a un greased cookie sheet
flatten slightly in a crisscross pattern with fork dipped in milk
bake for exactly 14 minutes SET YOUR TIMER
let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then on wire rack until completely cool
cool 2 minutes, then move to cooling rack
store in a air tight container with them standing up
