Tiny Shortbread Tarts
- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 - 21oz can cherry pie filling
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Press onto bottom and up sides of greased mini muffin cups. Bake at 300 for 17-22 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, remove from pan. Spoon 1 tsp of pie filling into each tart.
