Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 11 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg ranch
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • tomatoes
  • shredded carrots
  • cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degree.

Press 2 cans of cresent rolls on a jelly roll pan. Press all dotted lines together. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Mix 1 (3oz) and 1 (8oz) cream cheese, 3/4 cup mayo and 1 pkg ranch dressing. Use electric mixer.

When smooth spread on roll base.

Cut into bite size pieces.
1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cauliflower, 2 tomatoes, shredded carrots. Spread all vegetable on top of cream cheese mixture. top with 1 bag of grated cheese.
