Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 roasted red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes – just until fragrant. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning if needed
