Ingredients

  • 1

    cup walnuts

  • 3

    roasted red bell peppers

  • 3/4

    cup fresh bread crumbs

  • 1

    tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1

    tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1

    tsp ground cumin

  • 1

    small onion, finely chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1

    tbsp pomegranate molasses

  • 1

    tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2

    tbsp olive oil

Directions

Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes – just until fragrant. Set aside. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed
