Ingredients
- 5 oz grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 c finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 oz mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 2 tbsp white or rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp dried pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl. For pronounced flavor, serve immediately, or chill 1 hour for more blended flavor.
