Ingredients
- 2 cups Yellow Mustard
- 1 3/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 T Black Pepper
- 1 T Cayenne
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 4 T Butter
- 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix everything together in your large sauce pan except for the soy sauce, butter, and smoke.
2. Bring to boil while whisking. Then immediately reduce to a simmer and continue cooking for 45 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 more minutes
4. Use as a finishing sauce for Pulled Pork and ENJOY! Store leftover sauce in the fridge for weeks.
If you are smoking your Pork Butt you can omit the liquid smoke. You should get plenty of smoke flavoring from the meat.
