Ingredients
- 2 T butter, melted in saucepan
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 1 T flour
- 1 t soy sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms briefly in melted butter. Add flour, toss to coat mushrooms. Cook 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce and cream; cook until thickened. Serve hot or cold.
