Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup white sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cream and vanilla until bubbles around edges. Whisk yolks and sugar until smooth.
Pour 1/2 cup hot mixture into eggs and whisk constantly.
Gradually whisk back back into milk.
Continue to cook until spoon coated.
