Ingredients
- 1 lb lentils
- 8 cups water
- celery chopped (add leaves and hearts)
- 2 large carrots sliced and cubed
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 large bay leaf
- 5 cloves smashed garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 packet of chicken boulian

Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients place on high heat until pot boils
lower to simmer and cook for a half an hour
