Chicken and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, sour cream, and sherry.
Pour over check breasts arranged in roasting pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
Chicken will brown as it cooks.
Serve with noodles or rice.
