Cucumbers with Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 1/2 T vinegar
• 2 t sugar
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced cukes
• onions, thinly sliced (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend vinegar, sugar and salt into sour cream.

Fold in cukes.

Serve this dressing on sliced beets or sliced tomatoes.
