Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 1 tblsp caramel sauce
- Ginger Ale, chilled
- 2 tsp grenadine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple juice and caramel sauce in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass. Top off with ginger ale. Slowly pour in grenadine. Garnish with cherry, if desired.
For added garnish, wet rim of the martini glass with water; dip the rim in brown sugar or turbinado sugar.
