SALSA****Tomato, Avocado and Radish Salsa (WW )

Originally had this with Mexican Chili Beef Burgers but that recipe was scrapped.
This salsa is good though, at least for me, I'd like it on grilled fish or chicken or maybe even pork.

Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 medium radishes, minced
- 1/3 of a medium avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp. fresh coriander or coriander paste
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice (juice of 1 - 2 key limes)
- pinch of Malden salt
Preparation
Step 1
* Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit a room temperature for an hour or so until serving time.
* If you are making this earlier in the day to serve with dinner, wait until just before dinner to add the avocado so it won't turn brown.
