Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
COMBINE garlic, white beans, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer dip to a serving bowl.
SERVE with shrimp, crab or raw vegetables.
