Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine margarine, cocoa, water, eggs, and buttermilk in a saucepan and stir over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, flour, baking soda, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degree. Let cool. Mix 3/4 cup peanut butter and 3/4 tbs oil. Spread over cake and refrigerate 20 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup margarin and 1/4 cup cocoa til bubbles and then 1 pound 10x sugar, 6 tbs buttermilk and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over peanut butter and cool.
