Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup catsup
- 2 tbs prepared mustard
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium - high heat; drain.
Stir in water, catsup and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Top with cheese; cover. Let stand until cheese melts.
