Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz container reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Potato chips
  • Carrot and celery sticks or raw vegetable platter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl until blended.

Mix in green onions and bacon, reserving 1/2 tablespoon of each to sprinkle on top

Cover and refrigerate for two hours before serving or overnight to allow flavors to meld. Serve with potato chips and veggies
