Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt and brown sugar, blending well with a fork. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla.
Spread evenly in a 9" x 13" un-greased pan and bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then slice in to bars.
