  • 3 C. Rhubarb, 1 C. sugar, 2 T flour (use a little extra) 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 eggs beaten

Step 1

Cut Rhubarb in 1/2" pieces before measuring, mix sugar, flour, salt and eggs to Rhubarb-Pour into crust, bake 425 for 10 min. then 325 for 30 min.
