• Garnish:
• 1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• Sliced tomatoes, ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease An 8x8 inch baking dish
2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, bread crumbs, butter, cheese, eggs and pepper
3. Spoon mixture into prepared dish; bake for 15-18 minutes or until firm
4. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and black pepper
