Ingredients
- small onion sliced
- 1/2 green pepper strips
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- can stewed tomatoes
- can sliced mushrooms
- can tomato sauce
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 c cooked chicken
- rice or spaghetti
Preparation
Step 1
1. in pan cook up onion, green pepper and celery till tender.
2. stir in tomato, sauce, chili powder and salt.
3. simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
4. add chicken and cover. simmer
5. serve over rice or spaghetti.
