Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 3/4 cup beadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- Oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll into 18 balls, drizzle with oil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
