Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3 Heads of Roamine Lettuce, cut
- 4 green onions
- Small head of broccoli, cut small
- Mix and refrigerate
- 1 pack ramen noodles crushed
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 stick of butter
- Melt butter and brown noodles and nuts
- 1 cup light olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- Make night before and refigerate
