Microwave Huckleberry Crisp

  • 4 cups huckleberries
  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place berries in 2-quart casserole. Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and spices; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Cook 7 minutes on high. Rotate 1/2 turn and continue cooking 7 minutes or until berries are tender. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream, if desired.
