  • WATER
  • SALT
  • HULDEE
  • 1 ONION
  • GINGER
  • GARLIC

Preparation

Step 1

DAAL IN 1/4 C WATER, SALT AND HULDER, PRESSURE 2 TIMES.

IN PAN, FRY ONE ONION, GINGER AND GARLIC.
PUT ON TOP OF DAAL, SERVE WITH A LITTLE LEMON JUICE
