Soy-Mustard Glaze - ATK

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon cormstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk ingredients together in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat; simmer until thickened, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
