Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. basil
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 32 oz. sapghetti sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 oz. ricotta
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare spaghetti per directions on the box. Brown meat. Add ionin, seasoning, basil, and salt & pepper.
Beat 2 egs and mix with spaghetti. Mix in parmesan, mix well, set aside. Beat 2 eggs and ricotta together, set aside.
Grease 2 9-inch pie pans. Layer spagetti, ricotta mixture, meat, and sauce. Top with cheese. Banke 25 - 30 minutes.
