Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion seasoning
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender, mash. Add milk and whip. Add butter, eggs, seasoning, onion and 1 cup cheese. mix well. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in oven 40 minutes at 375.
