Ingredients
- 3 lg. potatoes, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 T. butter or margarine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T. parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In greased 9x13 pan, arrange potatoes in single layer. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 425 for 30 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered 5 min. longer until cheese is melted.
