- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1/8 TSP SALT
- 6 DROPS PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
- 6 DROPS RED FOOD COLORING
- 1 CUP CHILLED WHIPPED CREAM
- 2 TBSP CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY

Step 1
HEAT MARSHMALLOWS AND MILK. REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN VANILLA, SALT, PEPPERMINT, AND FOOD COLORING. REFRIGERATE, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL MOUNDS. BEAT WHIPPING CREAM UNTIL STIFF. FOLD PEPPERMINT MIXTURE INTO WHIPPING CREAM. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 HOURS.
