  • 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM

1. PLACE A BOWL OVER SIMMERING WATER (MAKE SURE THE WATER DOES NOT TOUCH THE BOWL)
2. STIR UNTIL CHOCOLATE MELTS AND IT GET SHINY.
