Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugars, shortening, peanut butter and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Shape into balls and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes!
