Sage Sausage Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 package sage sausage (16 oz. cooked)
- 1/2 pound day-old bread
- 1/2 pound baked and crumbled cornbread
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Additional sage seasoning (if desired)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/3 cup butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread, seasoning, broth, and eggs in bowl.
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add cooked sausage.
Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
