PUMPERNICKEL HAM AND WATERCRESS SANDWICH

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 3 oz. lean ham
  • 1/4 cup watercress, cleaned

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon and honey. Spread honey-mustard mixture on 1 slice of the bread. Top with the ham and watercress and the remaining slice of bread.
